Today the gorgeous Youtube sensation Carli Bybel release a video featuring her brand "NEW Limited Edition Deluxe Palette" (which will be available for pre-order April 3rd). Ya'll know I am a huge fan of her first palette, the highlighters are to die for and the prices *insert praise dance* the price is incredible! Any who I am pretty sure you are wonder what's new pussycat on this new palette, Right? This Deluxe Edition palette consist of 15 eyeshadows (some new some old) and six highlighter (some old some new). I bet you want to know how much mula are we talking, Right? The price is still in an affordable price range but is higher than the original palette (plus you're receiving more) which is $22.50 but this palette for $19.50 for the first release date which will last for 30 days.

So what I have observed from this video is Carli was definitely thinking of EVERYONE when creating this palette. It is very universal for all skin tones by adding two lighter highlight for our fair sisters and a brownie transition shade for our deep complexed sister. I am defiantly going to be buying this palette when release (Sold at BH Cosmetics and Ulta)
